Prefabricated walls Aluminium Kit
The "Aluminium kit" has been designed to obtain new chromatic and aesthetic matches with the lockers of the K and A series and offer a new line of elements for setting up SX-SY partition walls (see specific documentation).
The Aluminium kit includes a new anodised aluminium extruded profile used to join the front panels that characterise shower stalls, toilet closets and changing cabins.
This profile permits to lay the panels in a difinitive way with no fixing devices showing.
At the same time it is a horizontal element of considerable aesthetic value in its simple linear look.

Moreover a specific extruded profile made of anodised aluminium has been designed for supporting feet. These feet are equipped with a simple telescopic device that allows to cover all threaded parts and adjusting nuts. And besides this:

  • A new 100% nylon lock, very strong and totally corrosion-free, equipped with a free/engaged device and safety system to be able to open it from the outside in an emergency.
  • Special nylon-coated die-cast aluminium hingers, with an inner spring for automatic door opening/closing. As an alternative the spring can be left unloaded to obtain a conventional hinge.
  • Soft PVC-profiles for side doorstops characterised by hinges complying with most advanced safety standards.
  Technical description
Horizontal linkage: natural anodised aluminium extruded material with double ellipse section and central reinforcing link. Finished with black polypropylene plugs.
Adjustable feet: entire load-carryng member made of natural anodised aluminium, 45 mm diameter, nylon finishing and telescopic device containing stainless steel adjusting system. Floor-fixing foot moulded in black nylon. The seats of the fixing screaw are closed by special sealing plugs.
Wall-mounting: by special "U" profile made of natural anodised aluminium.
Angular fittings: jointend-section profile made of black anodised aluminium.
Lock: entirely made of nylon, with no metal parts. Such a feature ensures unlimited life even for locks installed on shower stalls doors. Free/engaged device and opening from the outside easy to use in an emergency.
Doorstops: made of PVC extruded material. Rigid for doorstop on the lock side and soft on the opposite side with accident-prevention function.
