Aluminium benches with
anatomic seat:

main characteristics

The typical wooden lath comes from formal choices repeated in time, conditioned by tradition and material availability.
However, even more advanced technofogies (plastic or aluminum extension) have led to no substantial changes in the traditional lath size and shape.
The result being that the "classical bench", piece of equipment of the changing rooms of sports halls, factories, sanitary centres etc. has a seat formed by three to four laths, particularly spartan and, actually, not very comfortable.

Patentverwag has finally gone beyond the traditional concept of "side-by-side laths" to reach new standards of comfort and hygiene and has made a new line of benches characterised by a comfortable extruded anatomical seat.

It is an extruded part of anodised aluminum with an insert, consisting of a coloured laminate to match the shade of the other parts of the bench (backs hanger supports) and the other elements of the changing room furbishing: cupboards, partition walls, WC and shower stalls. The above mentioned choice offers various advantages among which we mention:

  • an unmatched superior comfort
  • a self-evident aesthetic result
  • extremely easy to clean with a high level of hygiene
  • maintenance-free thanks to a drastic reduction of the number of pieces
  • more robust and wonderfully simple

Of course this new range of benches keeps all well-known advantages of Patentverwag series unaltered, with traditional extruded aluminum laths and laminate inserts:

  • robust, vandal-proof
  • totally stainless: anodised aluminum, stainless steel and nylon are the materials used
  • safety: no angular edges or "sharp edges"
  • they can be stacked for a more convenient ship- ment
  • adjustable feet: by rubberised stainless steel feet
  • adjustable hanger position: the hangers slide on the guide lath
  • a very wide range of colours: obtained with laminate inserts that enable to choose the same colour shades for benches, cabins, cupboards by creating a changing hall environment with an even colour tone and highly aesthetic
