Locks:
coin or token lock
The Keysystem system uses the K97 key-lock which retains the key and can be combined with the KASS-X stainless steel coin-box.
The key-lock, in two assembled parts, is moulded in special nylon (colour RAL7015), whereas the internal devices are made of aluminium, nylon or stainless steel.
If required, the padlock in stainless steel can be modified to fit on any kind of locker.
Distance from the padlock to the door surface: 3 to max. 20 mm.
The coin-box is made of stainless steel plate, 15/10 thick, mirror polished, with safety-lock.
The main element of the KEYSYTEM is the Mod. K/97 key-lock, designed to rationalise the management of changing-room lockers.

The following can occur:
The user has kept the key and lost it.
The manager has to use the spare-key. If this event occurs again, he will have to use the master key and order a new key, wasting time and money.

The user has kept the key on purpose, in order to have access to the locker for stealing objects or money.

The K/97 key-lock avoids these problems.
The user finds the locker open with a key inserted; he leaves his belongings in the locker and inserts a token (or coin) in the proper slot.
When he closes the locker, he can take out the key.
Afterwards, he can open his locker whose key-lock will retain the key, and return the token (or coin).
The token can be handed over by the manager against presentation of a document or deposit which is returned when the user gives back the token.
This system discourages users from keeping the key.

In alternative, the token (handed over against a certain amount of money) or coin, can be held in a safe deposit-box access to which is limited to the manager.
In that case the lockers can only be used upon payment.
