Technical description

The CRX bendable breakwater grating is the result of in-depth studies conducted for the purpose of resolving problems related to traditional bendable gratings.

Bendability in accordance with regulations

Gratings which may be adapted to any curvature on the edge of the pool do not respect international regulations (UNI-EN and FINA) which impose a maximum distance of 8 mm between to ribs. The CRX grating, on the contrary, due to its special comb-like configuration, conforms to these regulations even where used with a minimum bending radius (approximately 50 cm.)

Breakwater effect

The ribs of traditional gratings, perpendicular to the edge of the pool, encourage the passage of waves over the grating as there is no obstruction to contrast the movement. The CRX grating's paticular comb-like structure, on the contrary, neutralises the speed of the wave by means of special projecting transversal segments.

Comfort and non-slip effect

The fine texture of the walking surface of the CRX grating offers comfort and safety which are exceptionally higher than that offered by traditional models.

Ease of hygienization

The comb-like ribs of the CRX grating do not present protruding elements to obstruct cleaning operations. It is sufficient to carry out these operations along the longitudinal develompent of the grating.
